With over 25 years of multi-sector experience, Mehmet Aydın is a seasoned executive who began his professional journey in Turkey’s timeshare and real estate industries before advancing into aviation leadership. A graduate of Çukurova University’s Faculty of Engineering, Mr. Aydın initially made his mark in the dynamic world of timeshare sales and development. Between the late 1990s and early 2000s, he was honored with multiple national awards—including the prestigious RCI Turkey Sales Excellence Awards (1998, 1999, 2001) and the Interval International Award at Club Flipper in 2000—highlighting his pioneering role and unmatched performance in the sector.
Following his success in timeshare, Mr. Aydın transitioned into the broader real estate market, particularly in Antalya, where he led and managed some of the region’s most prominent residential and tourism-based property projects. His deep knowledge of the sector, combined with strong leadership and client relations skills, positioned him as a respected figure in high-value property development and sales.
In 2011, Mr. Aydın entered the aviation industry, leveraging his operational acumen and managerial experience. He held senior roles in private aviation companies. From 2014 to 2022, he was the General Manager of Bilkentjet Aviation,

Mr. Mehmet Aydın
Uğur Gördiyar is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in tourism, sales, and real estate, having played key roles in numerous international projects. He holds academic degrees in Tourism & Hospitality and Business Administration from Anadolu University.
Uğur began his professional journey as Hotel Manager at Taksim La Vella Hotel, later taking on the role of Sales and Marketing Executive at Club Dedeman Bodrum Vacation Homes. He served as Take Over Manager for the Naturland Holiday Village Antalya project and went on to lead an international sales team in Pattaya, Thailand—spearheading the development of a Turkish sales network within a Russian-Turkish partnership. He also acted as the authorized sales agent for the Akay Garden Resort project in Çeşme.
One of his most distinguished accomplishments includes working with RCI (Resort Condominiums International), the world’s largest vacation exchange network. During this tenure, Uğur developed international sales strategies and successfully implemented RCI-compliant customer service models.
